Our Team

UB Cliftons brings diversity in human capital to the world of interior designing. Our lead designers comes with a multiplicity of discipline in design architecture, design thinking , quantity surveying and engineering , marketing and from the far world of banking and international development.

Kwame Ofori-Atta Konadu (Team lead)

Ofori-Atta was originally trained as a banker, having his professional banking certificate from the chartered institute of bankers Ghana, MSc in Risk Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and monitoring and evaluation from GIMPA. His Passion for interior design led him to set up this company that has become synonymous with clean designs that exudes minimalism. He is currently the team lead for UB Cliftons company working on diverse projects spanning from hospitality, medical centers , design of banking halls, church stage design and residential properties.

Joseph Agyemang

Joseph has over 20 years experience in engineering and quantity surveying working with prominent companies such Anglo-gold and Newmont. His training in South Africa gained him opportunities to be a team lead in planning the re-construction of Anglo-gold Ashanti and employed by Newmont on their journey in starting Underground mining. Joseph pays attention to details and believes in systems and structures. His best bet is to focus on quality in his work delivery.

Paulina Adjei ( Founding Partner)

Paulina comes on board with a wide experience from the field of development economics, banking and design thinking. Having set up the Nyini Africa company that drives inclusive finance for women led SME’s she brings on board a strategic mindset that’s focuses on design thinking approach in solving real business challenges .

Benjamin Okai ( Construction Manager )

Benjamin Okai is a graduate of KNUST with construction economics and quantity surveying and an HND in Building Technology from Takoradi Polytechnic. Before joining UB Cliftons, he worked with Contracta, a Brazilian owned construction company notable for construction activities in Ghana. He is fluent with project management, believes in strict adherence to construction protocols and having that clean outcome for our projects.
